Delivery

Your order will normally be delivered within 2-3 working , usually by Royal Mail –  UK orders are delivered free of charge.

Note: Items that can only be sent by courier may be subject to additional delivery charges – we will let you know if this is required.
If any goods are received damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Non delivery must be notified within 10 days of the date of order.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT @20% and free delivery.

Payment
Paymentby credit or debit card is taken securely via Barclays secure payment gateway.

Our No Quibble Guarantee All products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.

Returns
If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you can return the goods in their original condition within 28 days of purchase for a full refund along with a copy of your sales invoice – You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.
