Finding the right replacement tap valve

There are many tap brands sold in the UK today from numerous well-known companies such as Ideal Standard, Franke, Grohe, Bristan and Crosswater as well as many more smaller brands and imports.

But whatever make you have, eventually they’ll start to wear out or go wrong and will need to have the internal valves replaced.

Whilst this may be a concern, it’s our aim to help you fix your tap as easily and cost effectively as possible.

We keep in stock a large range of tap valves and cartridges that will fix the great majority of taps sold in the UK – we know we can’t fix them all but it certainly is most!

Normally it’s pretty easy to identify what you need. There is a lot of information on the website to help you see if a valve/cartridge matches yours but if you still need help there is a handy form you can fill in that allows us to help you identify what you need.

Either way if you get in contact our sales office is a small team of dedicated experts who will go out of their way to help – hopefully to find what you need but if not will often be able to suggest companies who may have the part you require.
